● Demonstrate competitiveness in technical capability, cost or service delivery
● Hold a valid ICV certification
● Be financially stable and operationally sound
● Operate ethically, with a strong commitment to health, safety, security and environmental standards
● Be ISO certified or compliant with relevant industry benchmarks
● Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing
